I went 30 days without relapsing. it was great, I had extra energy, the gains from the gym were very noticeable, then I relapsed really bad after 30days. I felt my body going down hill from there, I got depressed and realized that my body was having a negative effect for a couple days. But I started to realize how bad relapsing actually deteriorated all the progress I made at the gym, so I decided to stop relapsing because at least I know how negatively it impacted my body and mental health. STAY STRONG YALL.
