You guys need to start finding ways to fill your idle time… I recently joined a spin class, it’s dope because I’m the only guy but all the females are nice to me and at the end I’m exhausted and don’t have the energy to lust. If you just sit at home in your free time it will be easier to become susceptible to lust Here are some other things I’ve done -extra hours at work -Bible study -church game nights/sunday service -volunteering -joining a club -finding good people to be around The struggle will always be there but if you really want to get out of the mud you have to fill in your idle time
