Hey, I just want to be honest I relapse today and yesterday due to some outside stress with my wife as far as her health and I have been feeling unhappy with staying in Arizona. My wife and I decided to move out of Arizona after I graduated from grad school and I am letting my sex therapist now about it, which I have a session tomorrow.
Hey brother , we all go through some things especially stressors that are out of our control. It is important we address those stressors and ask why we naturally want to go and relapse to add temporary comfort or escape. As you move forward , go ahead and look back when you’re tempted and remove your self from that situation. Rather it be going on a walk or moving to a different room. Stay strong brother you’ve got this !
