Free time working remote

This is a big trigger for me. I work remote from home and once my work is completed and there’s a gap in time looking at porn is just too easy… it’s too available. Besides that work and the gym keep my mind occupied it’s just the sitting free time. I won’t cave but I’ve noticed the more my mind is occupied with other tasks the less I have any urges to watch porn. Whoever is reading this just try to do something to take your mind elsewhere, I believe in you. Nobody ever became successful by watching porn
