Finally 7 days free and it doesn’t feel like what I expected mentally or physically. Physically I feel so much better and mentally I was overwhelming myself to get back onto no fap which kept making me relapse. The best thing to get me in this mode is tell myself I have higher standards which mentally sets a bar, also having reasons why to not fap and reasons to reach your goals help. Example: fapping leads to more graphic content and intentions which personally don’t align with me and if you’re reading this I am certain they don’t align with you, also supporting the porn industry is quite grim the more you look into it. Then an example of supporting your goals is using that extra time attention and energy to learn AI or make content. That 20 mins a day can go a long way. Also a hack I found is just naturally be in a deficit to start with as you genuinely don’t have as much energy so you’re more likely to conserve it, then when you’re ready go back to maintain or even surplus if it aligns.
