I have noticed that anytime I lay longer in bed idle or in my house,I tend to act out on these burning lustful feelings. The Next time you felt tempted, force yourself away from isolation and go run and do some intense exercise. Get out of that area, wherever you’re at and flee from it immediately. This trick, on top of reminding myself of my future vision has helped me. But the minute I neglect this then I fail.
Yep, change it up. Your brain has programmed itself to fill that idle time, so reprogram it by doing other things. New habits to replace the old ones.
