Clicking not interested isn’t enough ibr, I just reported every post I saw and insta stopped recommending me them 💀

Delete Instagram and instead watch YouTube shorts, and then start setting up a screen time control

What Justin said, if you select “not interested” every time you come across as well as block the account, it’ll stop or at least reduce the amount you see on your feed. The algorithm is going to purposely put content that you engage the most with i.e. what you spend the most time looking at, comment, like, etc. I also recommend liking posts and selecting “interested” for ones that are more humble and positive like gym stuff or whatever hobbies you have
