I went 2 days then a 3-4 then longest in forever of 8 and now barley short of 2 why, during my 8 days I didn’t even feel motivated to look at porn or masturbate

Like Jan said, find what is triggering your desire. I used to bring my phone in the shower with me, now I dont let myself, and the desire isn’t as strong while I’m in the shower

I’m on the same thing literally just relapsed, it’s because there is something that is triggering your mind to think that you want to masturbate. Find out what that is and find a way to just cut that off
