Personal path— I have deleted all mudes from my partner. In the past I’ve tried what you tried and it has always led to relapse because my brain twisted and contorted the image to make me see my partner (or at least their nudes) in the same way I viewed pornography. I think completely abstaining from any orgasm that is not in person with your partner is negatively impacting your recovery. I think potentially FaceTime video play would be okay since it’s live and you are reacting to what your partner is doing for you in real time. Not a lot of community consensus on that, but something potentially to try out and see if it leads to relapse. Again, just my thoughts.

Damn, we‘re getting in the deep waters here, but personally, I wouldn‘t do that. partner is better than some stranger, I think it helps in terms of the relationship aspect but as you said, it‘s still pornography. If I was you I would abstain. Good question though

That’s a really good question. I dont think so, but if you are looking at her pictures more than her physical body and getting off to pictures, than maybe that’s a problem. But just seeing some pics of your partner is normal
