I fumbled

I fumbled, it happens. I couldn’t control myself in that moment but that’s life. People give in to their desires and some don’t. I just happened to not think of the consequences. I want to become a man who’s pure of heart. I keep finding myself in these cycles of doing it and stopping. What do I do?
