YO YO, this is the point where ur brain will tell you may as well give up and just keep giving in. i want to challenge the thinking around that. just cause you failed doesn’t mean you need to get off 10 times in the next 3 days. pick yourself up today, dust yourself off. be proud of 39 days and push yourself farther next time
