Take cold showers

I had heard people say this before and I always assumed it was just because you can’t be horny when you’re freezing your butt off but it’s more than that. It’s the act of doing something that you don’t want to do. Making the decision that you’re gonna go against all that you want to do and be uncomfortable. Force your body to submit to your mind and sit in the cold for a couple minutes. It’s helped me a lot in building up self control.
