Having no Self Discipline means: Having no morality.

Your decision making is biased upon your moral compass, once you change your morals it’s very hard to reverse them. You need to retire your mind and soul and spirit with self discipline. You must give yourself those lessons like your own Jedi master in a way. Basically you need to be like and think like a monk which is why self improvement is seen as “monk mode” and “dopamine detachment”because you must detach from everything that defines that of which you exist.
