Hi to you all, I am 40 days in and from a couple of day I am getting allot of urges to relapse. I was wondering what can I do to ease the process and not do anything stupid?

Distraction helps a lot and like chris said reflect on whats important to you if you are doing this for a partner imagine your future with them and how they would feel about it and how it could ruin that future if you are doing it for yourself imagine the harm its doing to your brain and how unhealthy it is it may also help to do a hobby to distract yourself
Reflect what really is important for you. What makes you tick? What are your goals? What other resources do you have?
One thing is like Joe says to look at the negative sides and what to avoid, another could be, just like what you can gain and win in your partnership, look on what benefits you can gain for yourself, too. The benefits outlined in this app helped me a lot, like gaining clearer thoughts, time for self care as in eg sports, more self confidence etc.
