Was about to relapse then fell asleep, but in my dream I relapsed and I woke up as it was a wet dream. Does this count as a relapse?

I don’t think this counts, You firstly weren’t watching porn, you didn’t make a conscious decision to watch porn, and wet dreams are normal and part of life. Pornography is the total opposite of that, it’s fabricated, scripted, cheap dopamine release - you got this brother ❤️

don’t even question yourself bro. I think this journey should be about conscious decisions so basically if you were do to it in a dream then that wouldn’t count. Don’t hold yourself back for what the unconscious mind desires
