Lent is soon over

Day 48

I started this journey some days before lent and while lent I started fasting of PC, partly mobile phone and TV (reading and watching news, work etc.). Now because lent is soon over I'll use snapchat again and my worry is that I get urges again (I have a girl on snap I'm in friendship with but she often asks me how her outfit looks and sometimes these pics led me to sin). I’m not sure whether to remove her or talk to her about this, but I don’t want things to go back to how they were before lent. What should I do guys? (Remember Jesus today and the days to come. He died for what you’re fighting against right now.)

Question if she is truly a friend you want in your life. This may result in some soul searching.

If it will cause you to sin, leave Snapchat deleted. Just tell your friends that this time without it showed you that you don’t really need it in your life. If you tell your friend that pictures of her led you to sin she’s going to see you as a perv.

If she's comfortable with you to send you photos of that kind I would say she would be comfortable with talking to you about setting boundaries. Talk to her, if she is truly her friend she will listen. She clearly values your opinion…she could also be interested in you as well but idk the full story. Keep fighting. Lent might be coming to a close this year but the fight still rages on.

If you mean it, set boundaries with her. If she’s a real friend, she’ll understand. Keep going!
