Cant even stop for a day

I’ve travelled that road it’s like the devil wants you there when you tell yourself that you wanna stop and he whispers at you to remind you of watching porn or fap. Don’t allow that voice to make noise

And my job is social media so I cant just delete apps tho @jacobey

Same for me, now I’m at 23 days, although the struggle is present almost everyday, I force myself to lay off social media it has helped me a lot

One of the best ways is to get off social media for a week, my social media is full of big booty women and it makes me go search them up on my private browsing, but after limiting my social media access and doing stuff like cooking and working out, the need of watching porn and beating my meat has decreased significantly, I’m currently 8 days sober
