I’ve relapsed so much over the past month. My vision is cloudy, idek if I wanna strive towards sobriety anymore bc I have no motivation or momentum. Need help

Not sure if you’ve told someone that you love/trust about this addiction but that will help. Focusing on Jesus is how I have been successful, if I just sit around and watch videos about how bad porn is for me I tend to relapse. Pray and I am told if you haven’t been baptized that works as well.
