I downloaded this app about a week ago. Told myself that this app would be an extra tool but at the end of the day it still comes down to me and my own discipline and strength. Also told myself that I would finally quit (which I have hundreds of times). I’ve had 2 different 2 day streaks since then and just relapsed again. I’ve been struggling with this addiction for years and find it hard to stay positive after relapsing on such a low streak. Literally any words of encouragement would help a ton right now

I know it really is Hard dealing with this Anoying addiction. I have been dealing with it since I was 12 years old and I am turning 18 this year. I‘ve been trying to quit for 3 years. It just kept getting worse. But You got this Bro. Since I Downloaded this App I tried to do as many things as I could except for scrolling on Social Media cause that is what is getting me to relapse. Look for a middle hard goal you want to realise in the next 15 days. Work Towards this goal everytime you do the behaviour that led to you relapsing Like scrolling on Social Media. In those days your priority number one should be this goal. You wont think of relapsing that often because of this. This technique helped me a Lot. You got this soldier.
