One week!!

Hit one week PMO free! I’ve hit one week before but only 3 times in my life. I feel great this time. I went on a run today and shaved 11 minutes off my total time and 4 minutes off my pace! I’ve been praying a lot more and doing positive affirmations over myself. Jesus is real. He loves me. He wants me to win. He wants me to he healthy physically, mentally, sexually and spiritually. He has a future for me. I am under His wing. I am His son. Christ in me is the HOPE of GLORY!
