It’s all mindset

Im 23 yrs old and I always had this problem since middle school, I always tried to stop but failed until one day I read the Bible and I forgot from where it was but it said something like “lust will always be there and you my child is not to battle that lust but to run from it” so the point it to avoid it, run from it everything I always fought the urge to stop but then I would fail later on, but now that I read that I’m trying to avoid it now run from it. We all can stop the sin/lust with God in our hearts!!
