I was addicted to porn for almost 5 years and a year of that time was even when I have a girlfriend. I just recently told my parents, my girlfriend, and my girlfriend’s parents, all about my addiction. Ever since I did, I was able to have the longest streak I’ve ver had. I barely ever have any urge to look at porn, I feel closer than ever to my girlfriend and to my family, and I feel happy and my mind is slowly clearing up. I really suggest getting over your fear of embarrassment and telling someone you trust about your addiction, once you tell someone truly how you’ve been struggling and how you feel and ask them to keep you accountable, you desire porn way less because your afraid of having to tell them you relapsed. That being said, if you do relapse l, don’t be afraid to tell them, and before you do reach out to them. Anyways this is just what worked for me and I want to help u guys out :)
