I think my addiction is worse than I anticipated

I relapsed once earlier this afternoon. I then proceeded to relapse another 4 times on the course of one evening. I don't get how I managed to go from being 10 days clean to this in less than a week. I'm thinking about seeking further help, but I want to give this another go and see what I can accomplish by myself. love you guys
