Count however you want… Just don’t do it again. PMO is a huge virus attacking your brain and you are justifying it by taking a peek taking a peek is the beginning of the getting trapped again. DONT DO IT

I think it depends, if you were scrolling social media and it was a random post that you scrolled past and didn’t linger on or watch then I don’t think it’s a relapse. You can control what pops up on social media but you can control whether or not you interact/view it. Stay strong!
