I Keep failing.
Figure out what your triggers are. Once you know them, you can fight back. For me, it was boredom, so whenever i felt like i was understimulated, i’d get up and doing something to distract myself
Hey dude. I feel like it’s important to keep track of why you keep failing. what’s causing you to fail, who is causing to fail? pay more attention to how feel you feel when you feel like relapsing.
Try to journal not only how you feel about NoFap or how you feel after but plan your whole day into time blocks. So you don’t get the chance to do it this has helped me and I am almost at 2 weeks now. For me another great help was waking up more early and at the same times and doing a cold showers in the morning which set the tone for the rest of the day and you already get the feeling of achievement early in the morning
