I have started a heath and fitness journey alongside my no fap journey. Does anyone have any tips for health and fitness? Like eating habits, working out, stuff like that.

Start with something simple and easy. Being consistent is far more critical than being optimal. Do what interests you and read articles or watch YouTube videos to learn more about lifting weights and doing cardio. I love watching Jeff Nippard's videos, as they are of great quality. Regarding eating habits, I restrict myself from eating snacks and reduce the frequency of eating dessert. I eat them on cheat days to make it easier for me to be consistent.
