What’s y’all’s like go to thing to tell yourself in order to stop?

One thing that’s worked for me is I tell myself that I will tmr if I don’t today and keep that going and it’s been rlly working I haven’t in like 7 days which is as long as I’ve gotten without vacation or something like that in more than a year but I was wondering what yall have been doing to quit.
That delay is actually really critical. Sometimes I’ve done something similar and said not right now, but I’ll make a plan, for a few days later. Then a few days later the urges aren’t the same and it can be easier to avoid. The other thing I do is make sure when I feel an urge, I pause and call it what it is, breathe, then let it go. When I pretend it’s not there, try to fight it, or wish it away, it feels a lot harder. Sometimes you just have to look the demon in the eyes, tell him you see him and you know what he is, and let him disappear.
