To those beginning this journey i applaud you. I myself have relapsed too many times to hit the big red button. ignorance is bliss. i’ve chosen ignorance. as to the point i’ve neglected this tool i downloaded to help me in the first place. at one point i did well, just to loose myself to the very reason i began. The title, two big questions i ask myself often. especially after masturbating to porn, or in general. always ending with anger toward myself. regret. convince yourself you’re better without it, you are. as i am restarting again. best of luck, don’t let yourself down again.

Hey man, thank you for being so real. That kind of honesty is powerful, and it’s a sign that you’re still fighting. You’re not alone in this. I’ve wrestled with the same cycle, the same regret, and those exact questions: “When is it enough? Why am I doing this?” Let me remind you: falling doesn’t erase the progress you’ve made, and restarting isn’t failure, I t’s resilience. God hasn’t given up on you. His mercy is new every morning, and His strength shows up best in our weakness. Here are a few pieces of advice that have helped me along the way: 1. Start your day with truth: Spend even 5 minutes in the Word or prayer before anything else. Remind yourself who you are and whose you are. 2.Replace, don’t just resist: Don’t just try to stop the behavior. Replace the habit. Go for a walk. Call a friend. Listen to worship or an uplifting podcast. 3. Limit access: Whatever triggers you, remove it. Use blockers, uninstall apps, set up accountability. Make sin inconvenient. 4. Stay connected: Isolation fuels temptation. Community brings light. Even posting this was a step of light, keep doing that. Don’t disappear. 5. Forgive yourself quickly: Shame loves to keep us stuck. But conviction brings us back to grace. Move forward with grace, not guilt. You’ve got more strength than you feel. And even when yours runs out, God’s still holding you. One step at a time, bro. Let’s keep walking in freedom together. You got this. 💪🏽🔥 Reach out anytime. I’m here.

Dont be angry at yourself, its just chemicals in your brain and neurons firing in the same pattern too many times, accept it will be difficult to change but dont give up, we will get to the other side, stay strong!
