Talk with women

Don’t practice in the mirror, don’t scour the internet looking for “the way to approach women” when you see some fine shyt LET HER KNOW HOW YOU FEEL😂 fuck it, like what’s the worst thing that could happen? She says no? You continue about your day? Similar scenario shows up down the road? (It will) TRY AGAIN. You can’t ask somebody else how to work YOUR magic brother. You just gotta find your magic and work it. The worst thing you could do is dwell on the fear of possible rejection, or maybe even worse, letting that same fear prevent you from being happy by trying again.

I mean practice with real women, in person.

Don’t practice in the mirror, that will just make you self conscious and cringe. The only thing you can do is practice.

And don’t be discouraged with rejection, every man will be rejected. Just think of it as practice with talking to girls.

Once you get a few days of being clean of videos, your confidence will boost. Try practicing in the mirror with how you talk and controlling your facial expressions. Try watching YouTube videos and tik toks for advice on approaching also, but more importantly you have to be yourself and stay calm at the same time.
