Yes, that counts as a relapse! But the good news is every day is a new day try to be better next time! Tbh I really struggled with this addiction for 9 years and I'm 24 years old is really sad how I wasted my life 😭 and sometimes I know is killing me inside but I can't control this addiction and I will do anything to stop this addiction and I will not give up on this.
