distract yourself. Personally, when I feel urges I treat it as anxiety and try doing the whole 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, etc. Find another way to stimulate your mind and body besides the obvious. The account i learned this app from suggests do push-ups, and do them until you have no more desire to relapse.
