The insatiable urges occur after you’ve willingly ‘taken a peek’. As long as you remove that ‘just one peek’ mentality you can 100% build enough courage and willpower to resist all those lustful thoughts. These are what I’ve personally learned from this journey

Tbh it’s not been difficult for me at all, my method was I read the quit porn easily book and made my own reasons to quit derived from the knowledge and affirmations of that book, as well as bible references, and every couple of days I would come back on the app to read them and remind myself why porn is useless

I have had no slip ups since I’ve got this app bro
