All went well for almost 3 weeks and then had a major relapse to where it was extremely difficult to stop looking at porn with fap. This has been a struggle for me for well over 30 years. It destroyed my first marriage and is slowly destroying the second. If you struggle too, you are not alone. Continue to use this app, and don’t give up. Don’t ignore like I did for the past week, reach out and use it. Success is on the horizon.
This app is great, but I do recommend people on this app to get in person accountability. It’s not going to save you, but it should help some. The sad truth about porn, masturbation and infidelity is that at the end of the day it’s your choice. Outside help is useful and necessary, but you gotta want it
