Hypocrisy

I used to hate seeing my dad look at women growing up, I used to not look and try to have respect for all women and lust after them. Now I see myself doing the same thing and it sickens me, I want to stop and I find myself getting better and looking less, but it has to stop completely. I believe that only Jesus Christ can help me with this, so I pray to the Father and trust that he will teach me to be better.
