Day 5. some much needed sleep
went for a run last night after having some really strong urges to relapse. I feel really unfit at the moment, I was only able to run for 25 mins without stopping and I was exhausted for 15 of those minutes just running off adrenaline. I got home, cooled down and decided I needed some sleep. I put my phone in another room, and went to bed. I decided not to set an alarm, and let my body rest as much as it needed. I slept for 12 hours! I feel fresh and happy and have loads of energy. I've done some baking, I've cleaned my kitchen, and stayed reasonably productive. I'm going on a walk with my mum this afternoon, then a bike ride later this evening. this is the first time I've got past the 4 day mark ever since being addicted to porn! this app has helped me so much, being around hundreds of other people all with the same goal in mind. thank you all, I believe all. stay strong!
