45 Days down half of 90
Ik it’s not just the amount of days its about eliminating it forever and how you live. But it your struggling please take this advice . I’ve been working on quitting for probably 6 years or more and had hundreds if not over a thousand failed attemps and only twice have I tried the method where I put screen time locks on my device and have someone else make the passcode and last time I did it I did 60 days and only fell because I was making really dumb life decisions but now I’m back on it with the locks on and it hasn’t been without challenges but it’s been far easier then using social media all day without screen time locks
