cant go to the gym looking for a decent split at home w dumbbells. also been feeling unmotivated

Push-Pull-Legs is probably gonna be your best bet if you are going to be doing workouts at home (as long as the dumbbells are heavy enough). You could also try Upper Body-Pull-Lower Body-Push if you want a challenge. Just make sure to throw some core in every now and then

If you’re banking on motivation then you’re not gonna get anything done, motivation is always temporary. The difference between a boy and a man is doing what you want to do vs doing what you have to and what needs to get done no matter what - doesn’t matter if you’re tired, unmotivated, sad, etc, it just needs done so do it
