I’m genuinely tired of seeing you guys suffer, so I’ma put you on. Honestly, and I know that it sounds like backhanded or mean, but I was just like most of you guys trying to use the willpower method, counting the days, thinking, “Oh, I just gotta go through a period of suffering. It’ll get easier.” Things like that, and it really did not help me. As soon as I downloaded this app, I did worse, and I felt worse than when I didn’t have the app. Honestly, it doesn’t work; it’s gonna make you suffer even more in the long run. What did work for me, and this is not a promotion, was this site. https://transmute-the-now.lovable.app/ I don’t think it’s complete, but I didn’t have to pay for anything, and it genuinely helped me. I feel like a happier person, not to mention that the resources really made an impact, and they will give you a step-by-step guide when you need it. And There’s an AI to help you. My bad I was voice noting, I’m a college student, and I’ve been struggling with this shit since I was nine but in the easy Peezy method. It says the same thing once you quit the proper way, you start the pity users and people using the will power method once you actually quit the proper way because you’ll find out there is no benefit to porn. And that it’s porn that’s causing the same cycles that you’re feeling. The shame the guilt the low energy the anxiety PMOers go “I gotta beat my meat to stop feeling that way” but It’s the porn that’s causing you to feel that way in the first place. All the site did was make it clear and really give me a step-by-step guide on how to stop for real. And feel good about it. think about it whole time when you “quit” you think oh this is going to be a trip I gotta struggle for x amount of time” but what’s stopping you from feeling how you think you would feel at the end in the beginning that what easy peasy and the site does for you it gives you another option

And I keep seeing people talk about all this. “I’m restarting” “y’all day one”. This That the third. I’m just like, it’s a conscious decision. When you want to quit anything, all you’re doing is replacing a habit and moving on. But because you’re giving yourself room and space to quit, and this app gives you room and space to quit and restart. Y’all keep fucking up. You could literally do it yourself without any other resource, but personally, I think this app will help you.
