“Does it reset if I jack off without porn..?” It resets when you choose to. Our end goal is to stay away from filth. Maybe you can start by jacking it without porn in the beginning, or you can Cold Turkey the entire process. It depends on YOU. I personally went Cold Turkey and it worked out great.
