I’ve became so dependent on pornography to help me not to feel lonely and Im trying to stop it’s been 2 days now and I feel better but I have this feeling inside of me I’m gonna fail sooner or later

You have to want it. Like a drowning man needs air, not maybe I need it, not I wish I had it, no, I need it now or I’m gonna die. Change your mindset. don’t think of it’s gonna happen sooner or later. You don’t want to look back on your life and see it wasted on pixels on a screen. You’ve got this. And it gets better trust me!🙏
