Ridwaan, failure is not the end. Don’t let failure define you! Your story isn’t over. Feelings come and go. You may feel low for months even years to come but you’ll be ok.

There is always a way back, time heals wounds, but I can’t recommend enough you get therapy and couple’s therapy. Please heed this advice

You may need couples counseling to get past this, but most importantly will be time. Try and see if she’ll agree to see a couple’s counselor/therapist

I’m really sorry about that situation. I imagine she feels pretty betrayed and lost. Honestly, the most important thing for you to do is be repentant and not expect anything from her. Forget about yourself and try to do what is best for her. Just support her right now and don’t have any expectations.

Run to Jesus, that’s all I can say. Watch the movie Fireproof. Seek Godly counsel from a pastor or a Christian therapist. This is a crucial time brother to correct things. Your wife is hurt, she may seek counsel from friends which is the worst idea but that’s what women do. You need counsel from God and a righteous man like a pastor. Praying for you

Be honest with her regarding your struggles and let her know if you want to keep your marriage together that you’re going to take the necessary steps to deal with this and give in to temptation this time. Run away from temptation. God bless you bro.
