Yeah I agree just stay as busy as possible. Also you gotta have a why and go back to your why when you’re feeling an urge. The why is so important
Just stay busy and focus on improvement
Take it one day at a time and find ways to stay busy like talking to friends working out go for a walk when you feel the urge
The Third day is gonna be hard just keep someone next to you and tbh as uncomfortable as it is you should find someone that you trust deeply with this issue that you can tell
