How do I use the content block on other apps like telegram As I have a lot of friends in telegram And I don’t want to delete it because it’s a way of communicating But I want to block the adult channels

Telegram has a built in one although it might miss some media. I think you have to change the safety settings through desktop and it won't even show u adult channrls
