I want to know what you guys do when you get urges of relapsing, how do you guys distract yourself iam having a hard time to quit any tips. Lastly it would be great to know what benefits you guys are feeling after quitting are you feeling more masculine etc ?
Breathwork or meditation is the best. But all star from emotions and you need to work on that. You can even do some workout like 15 pushups, create a routine of response.
