Meditation and routine helps

I started meditating for 10 mins early in the morning after my cold shower and workout, and it's helping a lot. I mean, my streak sucks, but I'm managing urges well I think, and staying strong. My brain feels elastic and strong rn. I'm gonna go for my longest streak, hopefully I get so long I don't need to track it anymore.
