Im sitting in my room board out of my mind and I don’t know what to do

I’ve been wanting to get into journaling but I don’t know were to start
Go outside. The less closed-in you are the less temptation
It depends on 1) when you get your triggers and 2) what causes your triggers IE if your triggers come at night find an evening routine to wind down and fall asleep, or if it’s in the afternoon after work you can find an out of the house activity, etc
I would say find some sort of physical activity, working out or finding a sport that you enjoy

u can try learning a language on duolingo as well, gives a nice diversion, and the dopamine hit that the mind seeks
