I have a girlfriend and i get the urge to look at pictures that have been saved from us. Is that considered relapsing cus im not sure if its healthy or not.

I don’t consider it a relapse but if your looking at pictures of her in a sexual way I wouldn’t necessarily say that’s bad because she is your girlfriend but don’t let that make your mind wander or control you it can get dangerous or even cause you to do stuff in your relationship you don’t want to
