I keep messing up i feel into a bad spot and went almost 3 days doing crap im so frustrated with my self it makes me so mad and discussed i never want to do it again

Quitting porn is hard but overcoming it comes in baby steps. You might go every other day watching it but if you keep trying to quit, that might turn into once every 4 days and then once every week to once every 2 weeks and soon you won’t crave it. That’s what happened for me and now I’m not shackled to it
