No fap, or no porn?

I think that’s up for you to decide Luca. We all come to the app or started this journey out of some personal conviction or the other. For some it could be to get rid of porn, for others it could be to get rid of porn and masturbation. All in all something led you here and as the saying goes “to each their own” so I think you decide what it is you’re trying to leave behind and leverage the community that the app provides

In my opinion bro, fapping without the porn is not bad at all. I would say the negative to fapping would be that you don’t get so horny to the point you want to do something about it in regards to finding yourself a partner to have a sexual relationship with. Fapping with porn is just self explanatory. You’ll feel guilt and shame after it.

That’s a good point. I'm also a new quitter and I'm looking forward to learning new things in this supportive environment. Personally, I believe that masturbation is something normal and healthy (which is provided by science), as long as you are able to control yourself and avoid making it a habit or impacting your life negatively. Maybe the best thing we can do is quitting porn and do some weeks of no fap. Once we gain enough confidence, it could become beneficial.

It’s best to avoid it, in my opinion for 2-3 months, entirely. Everytime I’ve personally tried to quit but allowed myself to fap, the urge to watch porn is just stronger
