My older brother struggled with the same weakness believe me you’re not alone. Try to understand why you indulge in this behavior and if it’s just boredom you may want to try and move somewhere or do something that eliminates all access to it.

I’ve thought about it many times, so I under how this could be a struggle. Craving connection often finds its way out differently in men. Take a moment and reflect on your decisions, and think about all the ways it has hurt you. Sex outside of marriage only bleeds our soul. Stay strong bro and keep pushing 🙌
